is that possible? like what's the difference. isn't cum wat comes out when you have an orgasm?

Yes, it is possible that they didn't cum. You have to be mature enough in puberty to cum.

I was able to cum when I was 12. So every 12 year olds are in different stages, but PROBABLY most can.:yeah:

Boys can masturbate themselves to orgasm from a very young age, its just that most boys dont discover it until they're older. But until they reach the right stage of puberty they wont experience an ejaculation, ie. they wont cum, so its called a dry orgasm.
