Hey is there anyways to help boost your self esteem and since i'm moving to a new school, is there effective methods to help increase you confidence? Please help.

the best thing to do is to be yourself. you'll make some cool friends and get self esteem, trust me.

try to start some conversation with people you think you could get along with
ask them about things u like se if they like them or be general like what kind of music do u like idk self-esteem is related to confidence and if you try to be outgoing your confidence/self-esteem will go up!
