Generally, people wear boxers. It's just the norm. However, you can easily dangle out of there...

There is a wide variety of underwear 14 year old could wear, personally I think Boxer or boxer briefs most early teens wear if you are in America, Boxer-Briefs if you are in Oz or the UK.

But, if you do feel you need to fit into the social norm, I'd wear boxers. It seems to be the most common.

personaly I wear briefs most of the time, sometimes trunks. but I wear them becoz thats what I prefer, I dont choose underwear to please other guys ;)

It's not an error when the words are purposefully shortened beyond all recognition... It's not difficult to use full-length words and spell them correctly.

Besides that:- Just wear whatever you like and feel comfortable in. If you want to be 'normal' in the locker room then I'd wear boxers boxer-briefs.

From my experience it does matter what you wear, and it really depends on the situation. I always wore briefs, i wear boxer and boxer briefs sometimes. but i like briefs the best. So when i was in the lockerroom no one else wore briefs and people used to say stuff about it but it never really mattered. usually all they said was "hey josh is wearing tighty whities" but after the second day no one cared. and i would rather just have them laugh for one day and be comfortable, wearing what i want to wear then be uncomfortable in boxers that ride up your buttcrack. lol.

it really depends on where you are. I'm 15 and from sydney, australia, and almost everyone I know and have known (to the extent that I've noticed what underwear they wear) wears/has worn briefs... no one really cares though.

Wow. i wish i lived in sydney. would be cool to be in a locker room with guys that all wear briefs. maybe id feel a little bit more included. but really it doesnt matter, im still going to wear what feels comfortable for me and i think everyone should do the same.
