I say the chance of you getting any diseases are rare, but god knows where that dog's tongue has been, so I wouldn't take any chances.

I remember a while ago someone posting a really good response to a question like this, but I can't for the life of me remember who. Basically though, they said that this is normal, or at least, it's normal for the dog, as it's been mentioned. The bond you have between you and your animal should be one of mutual respect, and letting the animal do something like that is taking advantage of them. The dog obviously doesn't know it's wrong, but you do, so be fair and just don't let her do that. Tell her no, or that it's wrong, or force her to associate some negative emotion to that, because in all honesty, it is a bit of a disturbing thing for that to happen, and I'd hope you'd never want her to be in that kind of relationship with you.

No you can't get diseases, even if a dog were to lick an open wound, their saliva is quite clean. You're more likely to get an infection if a human were to lick you than if a dog were too.

Also, your dog, I can ASSURE you, was in no way sexually attracted to you, she just saw it as a body part to lick, much like all dogs.
