Also, like everthing else to do with puberty, its not the same for everyone. Some guys may well have experienced most or even all of their penis growth by the time they're 15, while other guys will hardly have got started.

There's one thing to say about that theory... Bullshit. Your penis can continue growing into early 20's, as can anything related to puberty.

Puberty can last into your twenties, so it can grow until you are finished with puberty, or it could stop growing at 15, as it could stop at 13, 14, 16, 17, etc. It is different for everyone.
