Can you get a type of STD when someone blows you off? I know you can get it if he has herpes of the mouth, but can you get it if the person is healthy? If the person has already had sex with a few other people, can they still pass on whatever STD they have onto me just by blowing me off?

Yes, definitely various STD's can be transmitted in that way. There's an excellent page here (http://std.about.com/od/riskfactorsforstds/a/oralsexsafesex.htm)

I've read somewhere that if someone has an STD, has cuts or sores in his or her mouth, you can get infected too. Also I've read that eating chips or something crispy can get some microscopic cuts in your mouth.

A sexually transmitted disease (STD), is an illness that has a significant probability of transmission between humans or animals by means of human sexual behavior, including vaginal intercourse, oral sex, and anal sex. While in the past, these illnesses have mostly been referred to as STDs or VD, in recent years the term sexually transmitted infection (STI) has been preferred, as it has a broader range of meaning; a person may be infected, and may potentially infect others, without showing signs of disease.
So to answer your question, yes you can get Std's form Oral Sex.

Thanks everybody. It's nice to get that confusion sorted out. This just shows that you have to be really careful in any sexual activities that you participate in, not that I have participated in any myself. I am just preparing myself for when I become more sexually active. Thanks again everyone.
