Why in the world would you want that !? I mean for ur own personal hygiene it's better to shave. And from my own experience i can tell you that most girls don't like hairy guys...
Some guys are more hairier than some...

Some people have more hair than others. The most likely thing is that you will get more as you get older.

There is no set time when your arm pit hair will stop growing. We cannot tell you.
To tell you the truth, arm pit hair is sort of gross. Girls think so. So, it's not like you really want a lot. Enjoy this time without that much.
Embarrassed to take your shirt off? Because of arm pit hair? Myself, I'd be embarrassed because of back acne, or not being muscular. Don't worry about it. It's just a bit of hair that will come in over time.
And no, there is nothing you can do to make it grow faster or more. There is nothing you can do to anything on your body to make it grow faster or bigger.

We can't really tell you when you are going to grow more armpit hair and how much/ thick, it all depends on your genetics!
It shouldn't be a problem taking of your shirt in public places, you aren't alone your friends are probably going to be in the same boat!
Puberty can last till you are 21, it mostly stops by the time you are 19 though.

Not having a lot of armpit hair says nothing about you, and you shouldn't let yourself worry. You've still got some time to develop more, so don't be embarrassed.

If you're of a race where body hair is scarce, then it may never grow.
If you're of ethnic origin where hair is scarce, the same applies.
If you're of genetic orientation where body hair is scarce, the same applies. (I.e. parents have very little body hair)
There's quite a few 'experimental' treatments that people say can make your hair grow, wherever you apply it. I don't believe in any of the rubbish and I just think that you should give it time.

Although hairy men are considered a kind of 'fetish' among women, women ar naturally attracted to hairier men through ADULTHOOD as it shows higher fertility and testosterone levels.

Being hairy has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with your testosterone levels, and being hairy has nothing to do with fertility rates.
Being hairy is based off of genetics which has no correlation with fertility rates.
