Hello I am 14, and wondered, when I masturbate, after orgasm this cum comes out, clear and oozes is this normal? I thought it "jumped" out and was white? Or is this "pre-cum" and if so, why cant I make real cum if I can produce this?

Most men do not "shoot" when they ejaculate. It's true - check the JackinWorld.com surveys! The norm is to "dribble", or just have their semen ooze out.

You can get there with stronger orgasms, as that forces it out faster, and you can also try a grip that constricts the tube in which your semen comes out (the urethra) when you're having an orgasm.
