I'm trying to bulk up, and I started working out a couple days ago. I was wondering how long will it take before I see results, and when will I notice? Does it take a long time to build up muscle?

www.bodybuilding.com - a site where I learned a lot of what I know. Other information would be from my own experiences, trial/error, discovering what works best for my own body, routines, diet plans, etc. It takes a long time to figure out what works well for you as an individual. I've had a little help along the way, but mostly I've found stuff out myself through the internet and other sources perhaps now and again.
It's fairly cliche, but "Rome wasn't built in a day". If you're not patient, you won't get anywhere in bodybuilding. I know you weren't neccessarily being impatient, but be reasonable and at least be logical. 50% of whether you succeed will be put down to your diet. First work out a diet plan, then a training plan.
I could probably go on forever about random details or different things to do with training, but it's good to find your own way. So I merely answered what you asked. Anymore questions and I'll do my best to answer. There's so many variations of different aspects of bodybuilding that there isn't always a right/wrong scenario, different things work for different people like I've said. So be open minded and keen to learn. If you're ignorant and not bothered about learning, looking for a quick fix so you can look good on the beach come summer time, forget it. Good luck.

So like wut kind of diet? Like stuff high in fiber and protein? Because I have been taking a protein supplement, but not like everyday.

High protein, high carb to be bulking up, with low-moderate fats, ideally low if you'd like to bulk up cleanly (not putting on a lot of excess fat). Protein sources can be fish (tuna, mackeral, sardines, other fish), chicken, turkey, lean beef (steak). Carbs could be white and/or sweet potatoes, white/brown rice, porridge oats, beans.

A month or two you'll notice some improvements. It varies from person to person what sort of improvements they are due to: training methods/intensity, diet plans, rest (sleep/days off from training) and also genetics can be a big factor.

I'm sorry, I laughed.
A few days will not get you results.
You won't get stronger in a few days.
If you're trying to get stronger/muscular, it takes time. A lot of time.
(speaking of which, I need to get back in the gym...Because, as you'll probably figure out, if you stop for a period for whatever reason, you get weak (or maybe it's just me..))

I started doing bodybuilding a couple of years ago. I didn't start seeing results until the second month. I also recommend you visiting bodybuilding.com. You'll find a plethora of useful information there.
