h=when i was 9 years old, this girl asked me if i wanted to have sex with her. Not noing what it was, i asked her and she told me. Then suddenly with no warning, she pounced. She was touching me all over, kissing me. Iremember me feeling so unconfortable but i had to go along with it coz i couldnt move as she was on top of me. Afterwards she got off me and said that made her feel really unconfortable makin it sound like im the bad one.
So, as we were quite young she wouldnt of realised it was rape/abuse-if it was rape or abuse, thats what i want to find out from you-but if she looked back she still would of denyed it but she would of realised it deep down. we get along okay now but we would of been closer if this didnt happen.
So, was this rape, abuse, assault...
she also helped me later on in yr 6 as this teenage group were sexially harrassing me, but i want to no what she did to me-if it was rape or abuse xxx

According to the French law, there is rape only if there is forced penetration. i.e if shi inserted anything in you ass or mouth; otherwise, it's sexual abuse

I'm not sure what that is exactly. But either way, that's just wrong, and inappropriate. She shouldn't have done that. I think that could possibly be considered sexual abuse. It's definantly not nothing..
