You are doing absolutely nothing wrong, and the fact that you are getting the feeling that you have to urinate is a really good sign as it shows that your penis is ready for an ejaculation. The problem is your body has not caught up with this ability, and there is nothing you can do to create an ejaculation. There have been guys on here as old as 17 who did not experience their first ejaculation until then, and you are definitely not in a bad situation. Unless you plan on becoming a father at your age, then you are fine really.

Listen, ejaculating is not some huge, great experience which will fulfill your life. You are basically getting 90% of the feelings right now, and you don't have to worry about the mess. The best part is you can have a bunch of orgasms in a row without having to worry about a refractory period (the recovery time after an ejaculation).
