Tears trickling down my face
The sound of a fight gently brewing
Is enough to scare me in the slightest
Hide away for just another day
Words run round my head
Can't seem to get them to leave
Why do i have your fight replaying in my head, Huh?
Into that same reckless phase
Drown you out with the sound of music
But that won't exactly last long
Your voices seem to rise above the sound
I was bound to start the tears again
Since when did you become a judge?
Since when did you have the right?
Since when should I see the world through your eyes?
I’m just not who you are
Forget about the lies
Every little thing
Out here alone
But yet we stand
Thumping on the ground
Footsteps all around
What the hell do i do
I think I've finally lost it
Fists in face
Blood stains on the carpet
Blade in your hand dropped to the floor
Curled up ever so tight
What is going on here
In this world which is ever so thin
So we destroy with just one go
Irony of that will soon be recognized
You pretend your fine
deep down you know your lying
you are the one that is strong
in this world that only seems to bleed
Stars that shine so bright
Held towards the sky so tight
For them to break away
During the midnight moon
Oh the devils destruction will soon take it's toll
Break down your barriers
Be the carrier of God's beauty
For he made you into the image of himself
Everyday if you looked in my eyes
You would see a broken girl
But yet you dont seem to notice me
What, am i just background noise?
I can't seem to get you out of my head
If i even try, i start to breakdown
You just turn me away
Your just like the rest
I want to know
Will you let go?
Let me fall into the pit of unknown
Care not about me
Im not worth it
Clench your fists
Close your eyes
Breath a sigh of release
You wondered why you ever cared
You can hear their silent mumbles
Even when your world starts to crumble
Don't let it be you that tumbles down
Today you've gotta try harder
I’ll show you what I found
Poison in our eyes
Hidden through fear
Undergo a phase
Through me and through the distant memories
The past that I can’t escape
They haunt me
You sure do listen
