No one even USES Tech Talk. Everyone just stays in the Lounge, so why should we have Tech Talk anyway? Making a P101 room would be a waste. We have enough people go into chat asking puberty questions and wanting to know how big our penises are. As Calum said, that is why PMs have been disabled in chat. All in all, not a good idea.
