Penis lump

I just had a shower and i noticed a pea sized lump/spot about an inch up from the base of the shaft. It is painful, and i squeezed and a little bit of white stuff came out then just tiny bits of clear liquid. I am a virgin, and have done nothing please help!

could just be a pimple, i've had some of those in the past. However, I would suggest seeing a doctor if it gets to be painful/does not go away.

I believe it could me a pimple (acne) of the penis.

They putting on acne medicine in the area.

Ouch! That would hurt! I would just leave it alone and wait for it to go away.

ok thanx for the help. but as i mentioned i did try popping it, not much happened though it did get smaller. Also it was not originally painful but became so after trying to pop it.

I had that before. I know what your going through. . I had one in my are for a long long time before. And one day out of nowhere it was hurting like crazy. So I started scratching at it and liquid came out and puss. I did that a few times and after i did that it felt like it wasn't there. You freed the dam. In my situation it was an ingrown hair. Again after I scratched I saw two black hairs come out. Now it's gone. It could be a zit in your situation or ingrown hair(s). Now I just have a scar there that will be gone. If it doesn't go away go see a doctor if your more concerned.

What is a sebaceous gland? They are gland sunder the skin that produce oils to lubricate this skin. This is obvious that the penis needs it, so you have a bunch of them on the shaft of your penis (close to the bottom). They appear to be white spots. Every guy has these.

That one probably got inflamed. So you popped it, and some fat came out (oils are fat).

I've had one of those, its just a pimple it will go away on its own, as long as you leave it alone.

If you've had no sexual experiences than it can't be an STI.
Instead of all that ^. It could just be an average spot/zit/pimple. Either way, just leave it alone and wash more.

its probably nothing serious BUT its better to get it checked out than to have it turn out to be something really bad you can just make up some reason about why you want to go to the doctor if your not comfortable talking to your parents about it then when youre there just tell the doctor whats really going on

SOunds like a water blister from some kind of burn, maybe your shaft is rubbing against your leg vigourisly, it should go away, if you haven't ever done anything your in the safe zone.
