Hi I have two questions.
1. I'm trying to bulk up, and I started working out a couple days ago. I was wondering how long will it take before I see results, and when will I notice? Plus how many reps does it take to make something out of it. I've also been taking a protein supplement, but not like everyday.
2. I haven't done sports recently, but I was planning on doing Cross Country, which is like running, and maybe Wrestling. I haven't done either one of these sports before, so how should I prepare for them? I started running on the treadmill more for Cross Country, but what kind of work out should I do in the weight room for wrestling? I don't have much experience in either sport, and this will be my first and last year for both of them since I'll be a senior next year.
