Depends what you mean by cum. As has already been quoted, all girls should have the ability to reach an orgasm, but only a few will "squirt". As for how long it takes, its not the same for all guys, and probably not the same everytime for any one guy, so that will be true for girls too.

All this time I thought "girl cum" was just the lubrication juice that oozes out when we're turned on. I didn't know girls could squirt anything out, but looking on the internet I saw what you guys are talking about now and it looks like it comes out the pee hole.
