Not sure what to do

I used to use this site alot i got a lot of great advice ive been in a program were im not alowed to use the phone or the comp but im out now and for some resion i wanna cut agian i was doing great for awile but i wanna cut again more then anything im not sure what to do at all please help im also wanting to kill myself agian im so over welemd i dont know what to do

Do you have any ideas as to why these feelings have suddenly come upon you again?

Perhaps it would be beneficial to speak to those you worked with at the program, with this concern. If they were the ones that helped you previous attain a better state - they should know how to address the situation.
