Please Help with Generic Viagra Spam what can i do about this

I don't know how to prevent spammers from joining in the first place, but I know that when we get that kind of spam here we delete and immediately ban the perpetrator(s). The same adbot won't usually join back up after being banned, but you do see several different ones with the same general ads over time.

Just delete the ads, and ban the user to keep them from posting more.
