my voice, everything about me has changed but my voice, i started puberty when i was 10/11 i am 13, my penis is like 5.5 inches when erect, i have so much pubic hair, i can cum SO much like atleast 2 tablespoons, and everything else about puberty has hit too, except for my voice, when will it change? i hate my voice :(

Its really hard to give an exact time frame because everyone develops at different rates. Trust me you arnt the only one out there. I developed my deep voice really early but had to wait for everything else... bit of a pain really..

Well your only 13, your penis may still grow, you may still cum more, you may grow more pubes.

Your more closer to the start of puberty than the finishing line which is in your early twenties.

Theres a high chance your voice will break since you've still got a lot time to develop.

Puberty is unpreditable, you never know what will develop when and how fast.
The only thing you can do is wait.
In the mean time, go about your day and don't care what people think about your voice, you should feel comfortable in your own body, or it will distract your from more important things like academics, athletics, or just being social.
