I have outbursts where I just feel like dieing. I have no idea why either. It feels really wierd and I just want to jump off a building and die. I feel like I have no friends and knowone will ever understand me. This happens only sometimes but other than that I feel normal. I'm really confused can anyone help me?

See a doctor, it's the only way to find out and get appropriate treatment. Don't worry, they wont put you in a straightjacket and shove you in an institute.

If you're being bullied, you need to do something about it. Don't passively let them bully you, but if you fight back, be prepared to whoop ass, and if you can't and theres too many of them or they're too big, SORT IT OUT, see a teacher, get some help, talk to your head.

I tell you, i was recently attacked by people i recognised from my college - i told my form tutor the next day, then saw the head of security, if they fuck with me again they are expelled.

Haven't had any trouble since. you see how easy it is? You can cut bulliying off before it gets worse, which it invariably could do. Talk to someone about it, it's only a small conversation and im sure you'll feel much better afterwards.

I feel like what you said sometimes. It usually happens monthly so my mom calles it my period. I get better in about one week.

In Arizona they passed a law against bullying. It still happens.

Yours is trouble in school and social problems, sombody else's parents are drunks sombody elses parents are abusive another person is wrapped up in drugs and another person is starving. we all have problems. the best way to get over them is to reolize how miniscule and pointless they are. best of luck.

If he just nudges you, he isn't doing anything really that wrong, even though it's annoying. What I do when someone is doing something annoying is I tell the teacher that it's preventing me from doing my work. Now if he punches you, you just look him in the eye. Then get a chance tell a teacher, don't get youself in trouble if you punch him back. You shouldn't need any evidence exept you just saying that he punched you.

I dunno about you but telling the teacher here makes you a "teachers pet" and we usually deal with our own problems.

Look, I didn't care if people told me I was a teacher's pet. It's just another lable that really doesn't mean anything. Only you know whether you're a teacher's pet or not. No matter what people say, it's not true.

Take VT for example. I don't think I'm a Gmod's or Admin's pet. Sure, one person thought I was a suckup to the mods. But I was just asking a person do not do something that annoyed me. People take things the wrong way every day. But that doesn't mean it has to be a big deal because that's only one person. If a whole bunch of other people think you're a teacher's pet, it's still not that big of deal. It's not like even acting gay -.-

See, teachers are kind of like moderators on this site. They are there because they have knowledge of what's in that forum (i.e history teachers, orchestra teachers ect or puberty mods ect). If something is going wrong and annoys you or is against the site rules you can report them and/or PM the mod. Teachers are there because that's their job. No matter what another person says, it's the teachers job to deal with problems that are happening in the classroom their teaching and watching over.

Luckily my friends in the playground are year 9 - 10 so I accually have some people that are stronger than these sons of bitches who piss me off so bad.
The bad thing is my group is right next to all the stuck up pricks that play football all recess and lunch so they usually go "CHUCK US THE FUCKING BALL" and stuff like that. But seriously I couldn't kick a ball if my life depended on it so when I do kick the ball I kick it a few feet and they just crack up laughing. But if I leave the ball it pisses them off and they yell at me and shit even more.
They hang around with all the sluts that are so fucking ugly they think they're hot. And all the manwhore guys try to impress them because they want a fucking so they yell at me and my group to try and get it in with them.

Yes, my life at school sucks but I just put up with all the shit and hope I can come back to life on my computer as soon as I can.

I come to VT because everybody here is nice, and they come here for support. Helping people is a way to help yourself sometimes, too :)

You hear alot of people talk about sports, because well, sports is very big! But I am soo bad at sports >_< and if I kick the ball badly, yeah they laugh. But I don't let it get to me. Because if you let it get to you, they can minipulate you into yelling at them in class and then you get in trouble.

Like, you're sitting in class. They do something to annoy you for the 5th time today -_-
You feel like it's your last straw and yell at them, disrupting the class. The teacher sends you down the the office, where you know what'll happen.

If you just ignore them, and they keep doing it, you can raise your hand and calmly complain to the teacher.
Now, calmly isn't a word EVERYONE likes to use or hear. Basically don't just go up to the teacher and say "***** IS BEING AN ASS HOLE GET HIM OUT OF THIS CLASS :angry: :furious:"

The best thing to do is expose the bullies. See, bullies bully you so they can:
1) feel good about them selfs, i.e since they feel bad about themselfs, they bully you to think something like "hey, he's feelin bad. Yeah, I feel better already"

2) For fun
Doesn't it feel good to torture something, to be mean sometimes? Just a little fun? Bullying is an outlet for fun. They can make you look like an idiot or laughing stock of an entire school.

If you expose them then they'll have to come up with something to say. Not alot of people like to be on the spot.

Try to have some good days so the teacher can trust you. Then when the bullies bug you in class, you raise your hand, and tell the teacher what's going on. By raising your hand, the bullies have to either give the puppy-dog eyes rutine and/or blame something on you, or they say "yeah ok..." and then do it the next day.

Bullies always come back. So that's why in school try to keep a cool head, and you'll be liked by the people who arn't messed up.


But that's in the class-room. On the play-ground, I am very bad at sports. I kick worse than a girl, I kick like a naked-mole-rat. But it doesn't get to me. I think "hey, if I kick balls enough (hah see what I did there? :P), then I'll get good at it".
Practice doesn't make perfekt, practice makes you better. People are on the top of the rung, but they get kicked off very easily. It just keeps going and going.
I remember the 2001 world series of baseball (I hate baseball and I'm bad at it
). The New York Yankees are a very good team, almost never defeated I heard. The Arizona DiamondBacks barely won, but they did. And the yankees were spoil sports about it. BUT THEY"VE ALREADY WON LIKE HOW MANY TIMES? (I heard alot n.n)

If you don't even kick the ball to them, it's no big deal. They get mad, it's like hey. Who cares? They're mad. I'm not :D I'm as happy as a cat in a tuna factory :cowboy:

But if they need their ball, and ask nicely, you can give it to them. But if they're mean, they'll never get anything in life. Because people like happy people. Nobody likes anybody mean.

If those guys are into ugly girls then at least they're not the best you'll ever have.
