has any one done the beep test recently and if so what did you get?

i got to level 10 which im told is good but i wanna compare it to some other people

Oh boy, I remember those days where PE was still a required course... beep test days were the most dreaded of the month. Everyone would feel nauseous after the ordeal, from pushing themselves a little too far.

I never got past level 5. But I've always been near the bottom of the class in terms of grade, so you can probably count that as a 'not-meeting-expectations' point. Hah.

I only did the beep test once, it was awful, I can't remember what level I got to though!

Got to about 11, was dead after though

Iv got to level 14... found it helped if you chew really minty gum before, opens up the airways I guess lol. =)

haha oh the beep test, I think I got like 5.6 or something, mind you the last time I did it was in grade 8

I got 5 once and 6 the next time. I HATE that test and I started excersising just so I wouldn't embarass myself. I'm going home sick next time, I cant stand it, the nerves make it harder, and we always do it in the winter so the cold air stings our lungs :(

In Grade 9 (I was 13), I got up to level 7. I started running since then, so I'd probably get around 10 or 11 now, give or take a bit depending on how I'm feeling

The last time I did it was in February, I got up to 14.4. I'm almost always one of the last ones running. Most people hate it, i find it fun :P

I achieved level 18, 2 years ago ( you had to be a min lvl 15 to do high altitude ski racing), last year I badly hurt my leg and was unable to run it so ski association (poor spelling but tired) just used my old one and this year wont be doing it until July, but they predict 19-21

ugghh hate it! highest i got was to level 9, which wud hav been before i started smoking, so in like primary school r first year? n after that i usually jus drop out at level 4 r 5 =]

well im from ireland n have done it since 2nd class?
n its basically you start out walking and as the 'beeps' play you start to run and get faster to keep up with them untill your flat out sprinting from one end of the hall to the other
