Apply pressure with gause, ( toilet paper, or paper towel works if you don't have any gauze) for about 10 minutes WITHOUT taking of the bandage. Also, try elevating the your arm( or where ever the injuries are). Twenty minutes isn't all that long. I wouldn't freak out yet.

I dunno how late it is but ... depending on how deep they are then that depends on what you have to do. If they are very deep then i would suggest that you tell someone they may be able to get you to someone to help you and get you seen too. If they are fairly small then as ^^^(sorry) said apply preasure and elevate. You may need to clean these as they are done with glass. I suggest applying an anti bacterial cream to them if they are small, going to see a doctor if they are not ...

If you really want to stop, you'd stop stabbing yourself with glass.

get some sort of cloth scarf or belt with a cloth and tie it around the wound very tight, also elevate your arm

If they are gaping wounds then you need to have them closed so the scars won't be so bad. Really this sort of thing should be done within a day of the injury and there arfe instructions online on how to make your own butterfly stitches. So just make note in case you need it for future reference.
