Like some have already told you, dreams cannot be controlled consciously. So whatever you dream does not make you weird or mean you have an issue. We all dream wacky stuff, whether it be sex-related or just plain weird or random. I think a lot of people can tell you some random outlandish stories from dreams they've had. So, just because you dreamed about a friend sexually does not mean you are weird or even attrached to him. Dreams usually don't mean anything, so that part of this situation does not make you weird.

What does concern me is that you actually want to do something like that in real life. Every teenager has hormones and can get aroused by such thoughts, but actually wanting to go through with something like that is where I would draw the line. Fantasies and dreams should sometimes remain as such. If you seriously want to do this, I would try distracting your mind with other thoughts. It's not really "weird" to have thoughts like that, but going through with rape would be something you would regret in the future, for sure.
