"I love you" I said
But your jaw dropped
You fell on to the bed
And your heart almost stopped
You spoke the words
I dreaded to hear
My eyesight blurred
As you came near
I put my hand over your lips
To end your sentence
You put your hands on your hips
As I asked one final question...
How much do you hate me?
