well, im 15, theres this girl that really likes me but i dont want to be with her and i kind of led her on, i told her that i may end up liking her but idk, im trying to let her down softly i dont want to hurt her, and suggestions?

Honesty is the best policy. If you want to let her down easy, tell her the truth. Say something like "Thank you, but I'm not intrested in a relationship right now."

Yeah, just tell her truthfully. Leading her on wasn't the right thing to do if you weren't interested, BUT you did tell her you may end up liking her. There was no definite 100 % I'm going to end up with you, so just tell her in all honesty that you'd rather not be in a relationship with her and if you want to be her friend, tell her you'd like to remain friends. Just stick to the truth...and maybe apologize for leading her on XP

let her know that you didn't mean to lead her on because if you keep going it will really hurt her when you let her down.
