Average penis size for 13 year old?

What is the average penis size for 13 year olds? (soft and erect). currently im about 4 in. soft and 7 in. hard.

I don't think there's any averages for under 16's. But average for an adult is 5.5-6.5".

13 years old is an age in which averages cannot be determined with any real accuracy. Statistical averages can be given, but as the variance is so huge (many not having much growth in their penis at first, still others having a good deal of growth), nothing really averages out until you're older. For this reason, numbers are not good to go off of. If you have a penis at all, you're doing great and are exactly the size you should be!

It's big, but Enbelism hit it on the dot. Any size is average, because you're in a developmental stage. Numbers, statistics, all those do is make people feel bad, because they feel they're not up to a pre-concieved "standard". Really, regardless of your size, you're average until you're done puberty, which truly doesn't even end until you're around 21.
