Tender Breasts

Hello. I am 15 years old. My breasts have recently been very tender. I just thought i was pregnant, but took two home pregnancy tests that came back negative so the tenderness is not caused by pregnancy. Please help they hurt.

try giving them gentle massages?
it could just be that they're growing or a side affect of your period, I know that my breasts get tender during my time of the month. if that doesn't help, talk to your doctor or your mom, they'll be able to help more :)

Almost everyone gets tender breasts, Its common to have painful, heavy, bloated breasts before a period. Both breasts can be affected at the same time and you may also feel slight pain in the armpit or upper arm.

Try and avoid heavy exercise, as Amanda said go to the docs if it gets bad and it might just be your hormones.

Simply to sum up what others have stated before, sore breasts are usually uncommon but not unheard-of symptoms to growing. It is associated with your breasts growing and it usually will go away after awhile. Theres not much you can do except be patient. If im wrong correct me.
