Help! Nervous about gym showers!

At my school now,we have shower stalls. We don't have to take one,and I usually change in there too.

I'm SO nervous! I'm goin to a new school next year,and they have communal showers,which means I have to change outside too.

A few things.

•I wear whitey tighties,I will be made fun if when changing.

•I'm hairier than most kids at my school-but have a 2 inch dick,5.5 erect

Those 2 things make me dread this,even though I will like looking!

ok, im not aguy, but, i was scared too cuz i was going into hs, and i was freaked out by it all too. First of all, you mostly have ot take showers from swimming, so many ppl keep their suits on and shower. 2ndly...go get some boxers, im sure they rnt that bad to wear! Trust me, ur overexageratting!

Um. *no comment*. sorry cant really help. ive never taken a public shower before. i think thats sorta weird. but i think you should jus go with the flow and go with it. maybe there's other people like you there. idk who knows??

ya i agree. i used to wear tighties before middle school. but i jus got some boxers and went with it. it feels so much comfy too. :)

You can avoid the whitey-tighty issue very easily; wear boxers! If you get in, get out and change quickly, I think that you shouldn't have a problem with people saying anything to you since most people aren't staring at you or will say something for fear of being called gay since they were looking at another naked guy's junk.

I take showers everyday. You get used to it. Just go through it like everything else. Tighty whities are actually pretty common. I even have a pair, but they're striped.
I understand why you're nervous, but trust me. It's not really that bad. It's not like a prison shower where people want to kill you. And most of the other guys just want to get through it a quickly as possible, too. So I'm sure they're not going to tease, or anything.

But you need to get used to this stuff now so it doesn't become a life long problem. you will be fine. I noticed that the tighty whitey thing was more of an issue in junior high. In high school, people wore all kinds of underwear and no one said anything so I think it's just a maturity thing that you'll undoubtedly get past. Just wait it out, or get new underwear, not a big deal.

Eventually everyone's going to realize that everyone has a different sized dick, and that stressing over it isn't an issue, or at least shouldn't be. Don't worry, if they care, they'll soon get over it, but the chances are they will be more afraid to be assumed gay, by looking, than they will be interested to look.

well my advice is try to start wearing boxers and no one cares how hairy u r and a 5.5 inch dick is normal...so just try not to think about it...its not something to get worked up over

No one can force you to shower by the way....
If you don't want to wear boxers, wear boxer briefs. All my friends wear them, and the shower in them too. No one can lawfully force you into something you don't want to do (well kinda, but in this case they can't) so don't sweat it.
Relax. Be yourself. Don't care what they think about you. Get on with life.
