I mean, she lives pretty far away, and no way my parents will let her come over alone with no supervision.

Unless you want her to dump you, do it there! If you want to keep her, and have fun...first of all, do your parents really need to know? What if you tell ur parents that your going to a seepover at a friends, but really go to her house. Parties, other ppls house?
