hey ive heard several stories about "jelqing" which is meant to make your penis
bigger and wider by doing hand exercises. Has anyone done this? does it work?
I also heard there are side effects like not being able to erect?:eek: is this true?

I'm not sure if it actually works, a friend of mine said that he tried it for a month and nothing happened; but I can't be sure of that.

My advice: Just get used to your size.

You've got time to grow still, and risking burst blood vessels and permanent erectile dysfunction for a slim chance of a slightly larger erect penis sounds stupid.
Besides, rubbing your erect penis sounds suspiciously similar to just plain old masturbating, which doesn't lead to a larger penis.
