alrite lads- need some tips on how to bulk out. had my growth spurt grew ALOT and now at 6'2. but feel like im too skinny :/ wanna get some muscle! any ideas/tips. Gonna start a diary on here show my progress.

Go to a gym, and work out. Curl ups, pull ups, push ups, bench press, squats, hand clings, etc. Typical gym work outs got me fairly ripped.

About two months to really start seeing results.

It's going to take more than an intense workout to bulk up. Besides hitting the gym regularly, proper nutrition is critical. Workouts without proper cardio and nutrition is pointless. You'll have to significantly add to your daily calorie intake and nearly double the amount of protein you typically consume in a day. Also, rest is extremely important: if you overwork your muscles and don't give them recovery time, you'll not only injure yourself but prevent yourself from putting on muscle. I was pretty 'ripped' for most of my teen life, however it was lean muscle. I've only recently taken the initiative to 'buff out'. It's important to know the difference.

workout dude a lot spend one and a half to two hours at the gym then after have a protein shake with mass gainer and whey protein then have helthy meals with a good amount of protein in it
