Great thread! I was thirteen or fourteen when I had my first relationship with my friend Laurie - if you can even call it that. We had been good childhood friends and we confessed our feelings for eachother at a dance or something. It was very cliche 'young love' that was predictably going to develop into a 'highschool sweetheart' thing, but it lasted for only a few months because we were no longer friends. It had nothing to do with our relationship issues so much as, we were heading down a bad slope before we even started 'dating' anyway.
