Growth Spurt

In the last year I grew 8 inches..I was 4'11 last year in July, and in August my height was 5'7, so I grew a lot. I'm only 13 now (and I just turned 13 today as a matter of fact), so is it possible my only growth spurt at this age? Is there a chance that this could be my only growth spurt?

It may not be your only growth spurt, but I think from here on out it will be much slower and take more time for you to grow.

It is most likely your only major growth spurt but you will continue to grow over the next 2-4 years. When I was your age I was about 5 foot and in one year i grew roughly 9 inches. Then over the next 2-3 years ive grown a total of another 4 inches. So yeah it slows down but your not done. If I were to go out on a limb im gonna guess youll be somewhere between 5'9 to 5'11.

im and just had my major growth spurt, d/w, everyone continues puberty and growing until early adulthood.

i was so happy when i noticed one day i was taller than my mom and as tall as most of my friends

hey dude 1st of all, Happy Birthday. and ya that was prob. one of many growth spurts u will have usually guys stop growing around 18 or so.

That's probably the fastest growth spurt your going to get. I got mine at about you age too.
I haven't had one since.
