The thing where it is unhealthy to have it held in is if you put your finger over the slit in your penis and then the cum has no where to go but back inside you (I think its called the urethra). which, btw, shows why "early withdrawl" is a shit aweful method of contraception. You will always try to leave it till the last possible moment and sometimes will get it wrong.
