It just takes longer for some guys. Most guys will have had their first ejaculation by 14 but plenty of guys have to wait longer. Some guys on here have been 16 or older when it happened for them. So I guess its pretty annoying and frustrating for your friend but he just needs to be patient. There's nothing wrong, its a normal thing.

I'm 14 1/2 and I havent started to cum either yet. A guy I know started puberty at 13 and didn't cum until 17+. If u're worried go see a doctor to see if everything's fine ;)

He's probably just a late bloomer, it's completely normal for him not to be able to cum yet.
It can take anywhere up to 16+, I think the oldest I've heard of on here was 15.

I'm amazed by the number of guys who send their friends ask question for them ...
like they dont dare to register on an anonymous forum, but they dare talk to some one else for real so that they ask their question ... :whoops:

Some people go through pubery later than others.

Late-onset-puberty is not very uncommon. It's not rare for someone to not ejaculate until they reach the age of 15. It all depends on your biological clock and hormones. Just tell him that it's going to happen soon and not to worry about it.

Late puberty, don't worry about it. I know someone that didn't start making sperm until 17.

Different stages of puberty come at different times for different people. If he gets to age 15 with NO sign of puberty, he should see the doctor. But if he's got some hair growing someplace or dick growing, there's really not a problem.
