Me, Ive been working out and sticking to a specially-designed diet, so Ive got tree-trunk arms and legs (finally!!), and isolation exercises has made every little muscle well developed. But, Ive no six-pack-- instead Ive got more of a keg (gut)

When I was old enough, I started boxing. And ever since I started high school, I've been coming to the gym they have their. Now I'm completely happy with the results of my hard work.

i've always done exercise at home from secondary school, but i've only been able to join a gym since about 4 months ago and i've been sticking to it. since i've still not got the completed adult frame i'm not as strong as i could be but i'm very toned now for the length of time i've been going.

If you can't see your 6pack you probably need to lower your BF%

if your worried about the abs, just crack down on situps or crunches are better, do sets of around 100 (20 normal, 20 feet up, 20 left, 20 right, 20 normal) crunches when you wake up and before you go to bed

I have pretty strong legs and relatively strong arms. I am sorta fast for a 200 lbs 6' 1" 'giant' (atleast compared to my friends). I do have a bit of a gut but I wanna become slimmer at the very least
