White bread is something that you should definitely drop from every day eating.. Its a starchy carb and its usually filled with a lot of fat and 0 nutrients and fibers.. So when you do eat it you end up eating quite a lot over the day..
Once a week is fine I am pro cheat day.. Since any cutting regime can make you go crazy and having 1 day where you eat a bit more relaxed is a good vacation, also ensures your body doesn't get ''shocked''
