I don't know if this should go here, but oh well. Lately I've been really hyper at times. Then I'll be really tired. Like 7th hour we just watch movies all the time and I take naps in there. But as soon as I sit down and lay my head down I start shaking my leg. Not only in 7th, but every hour. I shake my leg no matter what. I just can't seem to stay still and its bugging the hell outta me. One minute I don't wanna clean my room, but the next minute I'm cleaning the whole house. I can't even concentrate anymore. Also, shouldn't I be tired if I go to bed at 11?
Please, any advice is good.

sounds kinda like me
i get tired when im doing stuff
and cant sleep when im laying in bed
which usually involves me being up til unholy hours of the morning
and i usually have a stupidly long nap maybe twice a week or epicly ly in on weekends so i wake up and its like 3 pm or some other stupid times
id jsut say find a way around it that doesnt leave you constantly tired
maybe lay of the sugary things around bed time or hav a hot bath to hlp you relax
or if you have any things in your life like stress or depression maybe see a doc and ask their advice on th matter

It's nothing to worry about. I'm constantly moving. Whether it be shaking my leg, tapping my finger, or flexing random muscles to a beat I'm always doing something. Probably due to my ridiculously high metabolic rate. I meditate every night though and that's helped tremendously. I just relax and concentrate on my breaths. I sometimes fall asleep sitting up with my legs crossed. XD If you think it's something serious or that it might affect your daily life then I suggest talking to your parents about it. Then you and them can decide whether to go to a doc.
