I believe you should talk to your doctor about this.
However I think Carrots are good for your eye health.
Also for exercises you could try like reaction games.

You can eat carrots and you can try using glasses, I have prescription reading glasses and I realized I needed them when I used glasses to see if I needed them

Theres really no way to naturally improve your eyesight. Carrots are good to help maintain your eyesight, but they won't improve it. Also if you feel like you have to strain your eyes to see you should consider getting glasses. Straining your eyes can cause your eyesight to worsen. A simple game of catch can improve your hand-eye coordination and your reaction to things. When you play video games or use the computer or something. Don't sit too close to the screen.

I believe that there are a lot of myths out there in regards to eye sight improvement/s. You'll have to just deal with it best you can and if you need to, get glasses and/or contact lenses. There isn't an age requirement on contact lenses, they do prefer to give them to older teenagers but I've worn them since around 14. If you wear them though, you'll need to have a pair of glasses too. Don't waste your time doing 'exercises' trying to improve your vision, afterall you'll get extremely little (if any) improvement.
