I was wondering is there anyway a girl could make her areola on her breasts a little smaller without surgery or anything involving a doctor?

No I do not think you can do anything like that. Then again I'm not certain, you might be able to tan and have the get tan with you but other than that. No.

i don't think that you can have the areola smaller without surgery, and if you did get it, it would be expensive and painful, the areola is dark due to the skin pigmentation so the only time really that the colour changes is if you are pregnant, it gets darker. Also your hormones may change the colour of the areola.
