Hi all, I'm planning on making a vegetarian thai green curry later this week as the veg option on the menu at a project I'm working on, feeding the volunteers. Not being a vegetarian myself I usually make vegetarian options purely from vegetables. But wondered would most vegetarians prefer some kind of meat substitute, quorn/tofu? or be perfectly happy with a straight veg curry?
