Ya I use saliva or shampoo/conditioner when in the shower. Lube a good. But just use what u want to. When I first started I Didnt use lube

Lube is definitely great...can get the jellified baby oil which isn't as messy as regular stuff...massage oil also works well and isn't dodgy to buy it
