I think that the Total War series, even though I have only played Rome: Total War, is on the greatest strategy game series to come alive, depsite Empire: Total War's bugs..
Napeleon: Total War looks good because CA said that they fixed what was lacking in ETW, and gave this more of a plot, I guess would be the right word for that.
