Hey guys. So I was hanging out with this girl over at my house and we both like each other, but I cannot for the life of me make small talk. There are just awkward, sometimes long, pauses between conversations. Any ideas on how to make it seem like im less of an idiot? Please, anything you may have, share.

HA talk about anything brotha. Im awsome at small talk... If the girl likes you she will enjoy anything you say to her. (except video games and things involving other girls)

EXAMPLE: omg i was making popcorn the otherday it it exploded everywhere

^Exactly just talk about completely random things she might even think its funny and it could spark a deeper conversation

And from you profile i can tell you a skater. A skateboarder as myself uses skateboarding things and stuff to spark conversation ALL THE TIME

lol soo many ppl are not socially apt

practice practice practice!!!

doing activities gives u something to talk about so keep that in mind, even having a tv or something on in the bg or being near other ppl in the house give u convo topics

also doing random things or asking random questions or talking about controversial/opinionated topics always stimulates convo's

Simple procedure. Flirt.

Tease her, get into play fights with her, think up fun things to do/games to play, make her laugh. You can get a laugh out of the wimmenz with simple pick up lines if you do it with just the right amount of cheesiness in your voice.

It takes some assertiveness. You'll get the hang of it.
