Norton issues

So I've come into a problem with my Norton Antivirus. My last definition update was about a week ago and I received a pop up saying that the definitions were out of date. So I run LiveUpdate and it runs into an error, saying that the updates failed to install. So I go to the support page for Norton, follow what it says, and I'm getting the same error. Anyone know how to fix this? And don't tell me to get AVG, because I don't plan on switching my antivirus software.

I was just about to reply "Your real issue was using Norton in the first place.". :D Have you tried uninstalling & then reinstalling again?
