Yes you can become pregnant from pre cum as it can contain some sperm. though its main function is to clear the acid from urine to allow the safe passage of seminal fluid

Yep, you can, but it's not likely.

While precum can contain sperm, it doesn't contain more than a tiny amount. The chances of getting pregnant this way are small, but not entirely inexistent.

As the precum is used to clear out the tubes before the actual semen, it can contain a very small amount.
It's pretty unlikely that you could get pregnant, although not impossible though so be careful.
