Well, it's for cosmetic reasons. I guess some guys feel it makes them more attractive.

Liking leg hair is just a personal preference for boys and girls, some people just like smooth legs.

yea, its just a personal preference, kinda like why people shave their pubes in some cases. also if they're serious swimmers they would shave their legs. i swim all year competetevly and dont shave my legs, i do know that the high school swim team (the boys team) all shave their legs before championchips but its kinda a tradition and they do it for fun. like said, maybe they just like smooth legs

some guys shave because like me once, i cut my leg and before i put ona band-aid i had to shave off some hair otherwise when i remove my bandages it will hurt like &^$#

Yall we don't have a swim team at my high school and I'm pretty sure that they ain't on the swim team any where else either. I think that its really stupid.

its a matter of choice, like why do people shave their face, cause they dont want hair there, same thing with legs some people just dont like hair. its just peoples own preference.

Its all personal preference. Guys sometimes do it for sports like swimming. And girls I know like guys who do. Its weird. Girls normally do only though. I think atleast 5% of guys shave their legs at our school!
