title says it all...after that when i log in it will just "load". i am not able to use the quick way to check my inbox. all of the icons will not work either.

any suggestions?

Uninstall it. Completely remove it from your hard drive. Re-install it.

Maybe your parents basically blocks it after midnight?

my mom has no control over the internet...my computer is the base of the network and everything

If you have vista, you can go into the control panel- uninstall/repair programs and then find windows live essentials and click on it. After doing that there should be a window that pops up giving you two options; one being unistall and the other being repair. Click on the repair button and it will fix everything.
