What you do is answer the question the person above has asked and then ask a question that has something to do with your answer. Simple!

Example:
Person 1: What is your favorite food?
Person 2: Pizza. Who first made pizza?
Person 3: Some hobo in New York. Why is New York so big?
Etc.
