so every once and a wile when i pull my forskin back to wash i see this wight stuff(not sperm) and is a very soft solid. any body know what this is and is it dangerous?

It's smegma. You just have to wash under there with soap and water, and it will go away.

Most likely smegma.
It's basically a build up of semen, urine and dead skin cells it's not at all dangerous although it can smell if you let it build up. All you have to do is retract your foreskin whenever you have a shower(/bath) and wash under there, you don't HAVE to use soap if you are really sensitive down there. But it would be better to be totally clean.

maybe instead of cleaning there (once in a while) you should clean like ALL THE TIME.. its basic hygene
